Have a go at applying the eyeliner same as mine using the MAGIC INK eyeliner by Benefit. Only this product by Benefit can be used, no other make-up company eyeliner will be accepted. This products can be found on the benefit website http://www.benefitcosmetics.co.uk/

You can use the video and pictures I have posted to help you out on trying the eyeliner, or even other videos on YouTube if mine did not help :)
